Happy Foodie Friday! 🤗 Today we commemorate the seriousness of suuuuuper deliciousness walnuts!!
Over the years, I’ve become a bit more forgetful , which sometimes worries me a lot. However, according to healthline.com website I found some time back (i’ve linked here, so that we can read more on it) not only could walnuts sometimes help in reducing some type of cancers (like prostate and breast cancer), but they could also support good brain function! and may reduce inflammation and oxidative damage!
Although more studies are required;… currently it has been viewed that adults who eat walnuts could be linked to improved memory , more mental flexibility, faster processing speed, and in some cases could help a little bit with Alzheimers patients in a bit of improvement in learning skills and memory .
Therefore to help with my brain health, and better memory. I’m starting to eat more walnuts in hope they will help in nourishing my brain too!
