Sometimes in life, we may be too busy to be there for others, or even be there for ourselves. The toughness of life has made it hard to have time for anything that is not earning us income/money, or pushing us ahead in our work or life goals, or taking care of family; and in the midst of it all, we neglect ourselves.
In addition to this, there are times when sadly opening up to others may be tough as we are afraid to disturb others when they have their own problems, or fear judgments, or we are unable to get or afford professional help.
I hope once in a while in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the various work we do, we could try and take a moment…even if it ranges from 1 minute to 5 minutes. To be with our sweet selves as we remember….
…we are trying our best in a complicated world and society, sometimes which can be so judgemental. Instead of looking at ourselves with judgement like society can sometimes; I hope we could try and forgive ourselves of any mistake, and remind ourselves we did our best with the information and knowledge we knew at the time, and we are continuing to try our best as we can despite the setbacks that may sometimes happen
I hope for a moment…we sit with ourselves (and gradually also with others too), and just ‘BE’ there for our sweet selves as we try and give ourselves, understanding, compassion, forgiveness, and love as we really trying.
Sometimes when I try and sit with gentleness and compassion with myself, in my heart, I hear sweet God telling me…
“Sweet One, I’m Here for You”
…. And I too tell myself, after so many hours of only thinking of work, chores, friends, and family… that I myself too…I’m here for myself in compassion and I will try where I can to be there too for others with love and compassion
May we try and hold ourselves with more forgiveness, compassion, and love.
